What is Altitude? ▼
Altitude is an ADHD support app — not a productivity app, not a to-do list. It asks how you are right now (two taps), then hands you one next physical action your body can do. No planning, no decisions, no willpower required.
Is my data stored online? ▼
No, everything stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any servers. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.
How do I reset the app? ▼
Go to More → Clear All Data. This removes every check-in, anchor, medication entry, journal note, and preference from your device. This cannot be undone.
Does Altitude replace therapy or medication? ▼
No, Altitude is a tool to support your existing care, not replace it. It's designed to complement therapy, medication, and other ADHD management strategies.
How do I change my cognitive mode? ▼
Your mode is set by the Conditions check-in — two taps to tell the app how your engine and weather feel right now. To switch, open the Conditions tab and re-check. The mode follows your new answers automatically.
